I’m a proud mother of two beautiful girls, a part-time dental hygienist, and I also manage properties for my father. Raised in Upper Township, I spent 10 amazing years in Bergen County before returning home, where I met my husband.

My passion for health and wellness began with my parents, who inspired me to live an active lifestyle. From a young age, I’ve been attending spin classes and other fitness programs. With encouragement from Kierstin and Emily at Rhythm and Ride, I decided to take the leap and become certified to teach!

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, my goal is to create an inclusive and supportive space where everyone can challenge themselves, have fun, and leave feeling accomplished. Let’s ride together and make every session count!
